This 72 year old novice enjoys trying things he can't pronounce. Lulas Grelhadas is one. Grilled squid served with garlic, wine and olive oil. Interesting. Feijoada De Marisco -- Seafood mixed with clams, mussels, shrimps, squid and sausage in a white bean stew served with rice. It reminds me of Bouillabaisse. Excellent! $23 for more than you can eat. Why order from Polo Loco will you can take this order home for an excellent healthy dinner.

This is my favorite restaurant, everything since you enter is a pleasant experience, the welcoming, the recommendation of wine was impeccable, the sardines were delicious, bolinho de bacalhau was delicious, bacalhau de nata esas perfect and the desserts, flan Portuguese e o pastel de nata uma delícia total, e ali bem o porto... The best recommendation! The team was superb, all of them! For sure I recommend this place, and I definitely will come back many times in this lifetime.

Loved the ambience , food and the service was great. We tried the sauted squid and grilled cod. The squid , bathing in a wonderful mix of olive oil with garlic n lime was a treat to the senses. The dessert was also lovely. Must try !

Came here for the Paella which I ordered of course and was very very good. My wife ordered shrimp in garlic sauce and fried potatoes. Both meals were delicious and service and the ambience was excellent.

What a great to be. I have driven by her for many years and today was the day to stop in. All thr food was great. The service was very good.

The food is good. But not as good as the Portuguese restaurant from Portugal plus is very overpriced

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food comes out so hot you cannot eat it until it cools. Everything is fresh. The codfish was perfect. The portions are large so leave some on your plate so you can have dessert. It’s well worth it.

Wonderful place. Great food and service. The dishes in the picture are too big. Order one and share between two diners. Fiejoada and seafood parrilla.

One of my favorite restaurants in Miami. The customer service and food are excellent. Sopa Marinera is delicious.

By far the best place in South Florida. I say this because they serve honest to goodness food made from scratch. Their grilled octopus is tender, and beautiful. When I'm having their grilled sardines I praise The Lord for creating this lowly but incredible fish. My wife , and every friend I bring there are always delighted. My first rating of one star was a clear mistake because my phone acted on me when I was posting the star rating.The service is more than courteous, and God willing, I will be coming every time I'm in Florida. And last but not least, their Molotoff desert is a pure poetry, and ranks shoulder to shoulder with Crepe Souflet served at BLT Prime.

High hopes for this place because Portugal is a super place for seafood. We were not disappointed. Ample portions of delicious bachalau, red snapper and accompaniments at fair prices. Service was just right. Will return on our next visit to Miami.

It's nice restaurant, simple. Good service. Very big seafood paella, with lots of seafood that you can share for 3-4, not 2. Stakes was so so. But I still would recommend it, specially if you are big company. Not expansive.

An excellent restaurant. It is the original location in Miami. The menu is superb, the staff familial and cordial, the atmosphere - perfect. It is ideal for family, romantic dinners , and dates. The paellas are delectable and the wine selection - exquisite. A favorite and back often.

I love this restaurant!!! I've lived in Miami all my life, have seen this restaurant all my life and today I gave it a shot and won't be the last! If you absolutely love FRESH delicious seafood with amazing appetizers and generous portions, HIGHLY recommend this restaurant! I wish they had a better parking system! Hence my 4 stars. We came for lunch time and almost had to leave because we could hardly find parking! They offer complimentary valet behind the restaurant but it's VERY difficult to use because cars are parked in every which way and sandwiched in a tiny valet. It was scary backing up back to 17th Ave to start doing circles to find regular street parking. The parking at this location in Coral Gables IS CHAOTIC. Uber or Lyft is a must unless you want to brave the parking situation which is the worse I've ever seen of any restaurant in Miami! But worth coming!

Delicious Portuguese foods that is hard to find elsewhere.

There is nothing bad to say about this restaurant. The food is amazing. From the appetizers to the main dishes, to dessert. The staff is great. Great proportions. A little pricey but worth it.

I love this place. The food is great and the servers always have a smile in their face. Most servers speak Portuguese. It is a little Portugal in Miami. Come taste how Portuguese cosine is amazing.

Fantastic service with fantastic seafood. A Portuguese tradition in Miami. Great portion for the price. The fish is amazing and everybody raved about the plates, my highlight was the mussels and fish with mashed potatoes. Very attentive staff with an excellent rose colored wine.

The food here was delicious specially the octopus. This restaurant really cooks with the heart of its native home. The drinks in the other hand are not as great. This is my favorite restaurant in town......!The food is AWESOME.....always has the same quality.The environment is very relaxing and the decoration of the place make you feel you are in Europe. All dishes are fantastic and delicious, the has a vast selection of cod base dishes.Deserts are also spectacular, "Delicias de Fatima" is my favorite. Price is reasonable making your dinner experience very agreeable......!Restaurant is clean and very cozy. I strongly recommend this place.....!
